In order to ensure requests for service are responded to in a
timely and appropriate manner Executive Electronics now require all
requests for simulator support be logged via an online form.
This includes:
Request for support under a maintenance contract/agreement
Uncontracted requests for telephone support
Uncontracted requests for on-site service
Requests for repairs to parts
Warranty repair requests
General requests for telephone support when our office is unmanned

Support response times:
Maintenance contract support requests will be responded to within 8 hours
Uncontracted support requests will be responded to within 24 hours
