IMPORTANT:

 

In order to ensure requests for service are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner Executive Electronics now require all requests for simulator support be logged via an online form.

This includes:

  • Request for  support under a maintenance contract/agreement
  • Uncontracted requests for telephone support
  • Uncontracted requests for on-site service
  • Requests for repairs to parts
  • Warranty repair requests
  • General requests for telephone support when our office is unmanned
SUPPORT PROCESS
  1. Complete and submit the form below
  2. Receive and print the confirmation form
  3. A technician will contact you to arrange support within the appropriate response time (see below)
  4. In the event of an internet outage or if you receive a "fail" page instead of a "confirmation" page please call:

Support response times:

  • Maintenance contract support requests will be responded to within 8 hours
  • Uncontracted support requests will be responded to within 24 hours
